No waiting for it: ‘Hamilton’ star Leslie Odom Jr. lands a bungalow in Cheviot Hills

Leslie Odom Jr., who won a Tony Award for his role as Aaron Burr in the hit Broadway musical “Hamilton,†and his wife, actress Nicolette Robinson, have bought a home in Cheviot Hills for about $1.75 million.

The Spanish-style bungalow, which dates to 1931, features such original details as hardwood floors, exposed beams and a wood-burning fireplace in the living room. There is period tilework in one of the two bathrooms.

The tidy 1,800 square feet of living space includes an eat-in kitchen, a dining room, a sun room and three bedrooms. French doors lead to a patio.

Various sitting areas and lush landscaping fill the hedged and gated grounds.

The seller, documentary filmmaker Gabriela Bohm, listed the home for sale in October for $1.885 million, records show. More recently it was listed for $1.855 million.

In addition to his stagework, Odom Jr., 36, has television credits that include “CSI: Miami,†“Person of Interest†and “Law & Order: Special Victims Unit.†This year he appeared in the mystery film “Murder on the Orient Express.â€

Robinson, 29, is known for her television roles on “The Affair†and “Hart of Dixie.â€

Janin Paine of Keller Williams Realty was the listing agent, according to the Multiple Listing Service. Bryony Atkinson of Maisonre Real Estate represented the buyers.
