Earthquake: 3.2 quake strikes near Malibu
A shallow magnitude 3.2 earthquake was reported Friday morning 28 miles from Malibu, according to the U.S. Geological Survey. The temblor occurred at 6:24 a.m. PDT at a depth of 0 miles.
According to the USGS, the epicenter was 31 miles from Port Hueneme and 34 miles from Oxnard.
In the last 10 days, there have been two earthquakes magnitude 3.0 and greater centered nearby.
