Ludacris’ former Westside penthouse hits the market for $1.178 million
A penthouse formerly owned by Christopher Bridges, the hip-hop artist and actor known as Ludacris, has come on the market on the Westside of Los Angeles for $1.175 million.
The multilevel residence is in an upscale building near West L.A. and Century City. Bridges bought the property about a decade ago and owned it for six years before selling it at a loss, public records show.
The unit features hardwood floors, recessed ceilings and walls of windows and balconies that take in city and treetop views. The main level is largely devoted to open-plan space and includes a dining room, chef’s kitchen and a living room with a freestanding steel fireplace.
The master suite on the lower level has a walk-in closet and a bathroom with dual sinks. There are two bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms in a little over 2,000 square feet of living space.
Two side-by-side parking spaces are also included with the unit.
Elana Fullmer and Cindy Festa of Pacific Union International are the co-listing agents.
Bridges, 40, has released eight studio albums, including the Grammy-winning “Release Therapy†in 2006. As an actor, he is known for his role as Tej Parker in the “Fast and the Furious†film franchise.
