Lockheed 4th-Quarter Net Up 13%: The Calabasas-based aerospace concern said its profit climbed to $135 million, or $2.13 a share, in the quarter ended Dec. 26 from $119 million, or $1.95 a share, a year earlier. Its fourth-quarter sales rose 28% to $3.7 billion, from $2.9 billion. For all of 1993, Lockheed’s earnings--excluding a onetime charge the prior year--surged 21% to $422 million, or $6.70 a share, from $348 million, or $5.65 a share. The charge, related to an accounting change, had left Lockheed with a net loss of $283 million in 1992. Lockheed’s annual sales jumped 29% to $13.1 billion, from $10.1 billion.
