Opera Pacific will wait to decide whether to accept an $18,000 grant from the National Endowment for the Arts until a meeting of the board of directors on June 14, company general director David DiChiera said Wednesday. The issue is an anti-obscenity clause recently attached to NEA grant acceptance forms that has prompted some arts groups to refuse NEA grants.
