Key Conquerors: Sr. RB/FS Tyler Nevens (73 carries for 809 yards and 14 TDs); Jr. QB Kody Olmos (25 for 46 for 442 yards passing, four TDs, one INT); Sr. DE/TE Andrew Manuele (10 catches for 210 yards, one TD; 32 tackles and team-best four QB sacks).

Breakdown: The Sailors will try to rebound from last week’s Battle of the Bay loss when they face undefeated Hacienda Heights Los Altos in this nonleague game ... The game features two top running backs in Kinder and Nevens, who have both rushed for more than 100 yards in all of their team’s respective games so far this season ... Nevens is averaging 11.1 yards per carry for Los Altos, which is ranked No. 3 in CIF Southern Section Division 6 ... Newport Harbor has yet to be ranked in the Division 6 top 10 this season ... This is the Sailors’ last “home” game for nearly a month. They are at Mira Costa next week, and play Edison and Fountain Valley at Huntington Beach High after that to kick off Sunset League play ... A win over Los Altos would give Newport Harbor its first 3-1 start since 2010.
