IRVINE — Blake Munger produced three goals in the Sea Kings’ Pacific Coast League match on the road Thursday.
Grant Joyce and Jon Wirta each had a goal for CdM (11-2-1, 3-1-0 in league).
Goalkeeper Christopher Bartolic recorded the shutout.
The Sea Kings travel to play Northwood on Tuesday at 3:15 p.m.

Corona del Mar 15, Irvine 1
Bridgett Storm and Jaleh Moaddeli each scored four goals for the Sea Kings in Thursday’s Pacific Coast League game at CdM.
Layne Anzaldo scored three times for CdM (9-4, 4-0 in league), and Chloe Harbilas had two goals. Heidi Ritner made five saves, and Erin Tharp added seven saves.
Corona del Mar, ranked No. 6 in CIF Southern Section Division 1, plays host to No. 2 Laguna Beach in a key nonleague match Saturday at 10 a.m.

Katelyn Chesemore scored five goals for the Eagles in Thursday’s nonleague game at Estancia High.
Alex Adkisson had goals, Maria Ramos scored three and Hayley Hopp also scored for Estancia (6-8). Hannah Smith made five saves.

Katie Kearns had two goals and two field blocks for the Sailors in Thursday’s nonleague game at Newport Harbor High.
Claire Tafoya also had two goals for the Sailors (7-11), and Josie Miller also scored. Lissa Westerman had two steals and an assist, and Jessica Lynch also had an assist.
Maddy Kanzler had seven saves for Newport Harbor, which plays host to Los Alamitos in a key Sunset League game on Jan. 28 at 5 p.m.

Matt Ctvrtlik and Taeveon Le each finished with 17 points for the host Sea Kings in a Pacific Coast League game on Thursday.
Mitch Haly and Sam Kobrine had seven points apiece for CdM (15-6, 2-2 in league), ranked No. 7 in the CIF Southern Section Division 3A poll.
The Sea Kings play host to first-place Northwood (16-5, 4-0), ranked No. 6 in Division 2A, on Tuesday at 7 p.m.

HUNTINGTON BEACH — Senior Chance Kuehnel produced 16 points and seven rebounds for the Lightning in the Academy League game on Thursday.
Senior guard Alfonso Corona added 13 points for Sage Hill (12-5, 4-1 in league).

Natalia Bruening had 22 points and 14 rebounds for the Sea Kings in Thursday’s Pacific Coast League game at home.
Sami Uehara had six points and two steals, and Tia Grippo scored four for CdM (15-4, 3-1 in league).

HUNTINGTON BEACH — Heather Park scored 20 points to lead the Lightning in the Academy League game on Thursday.

Sophomore Finley Garnett had a game-high 21 points for the Eagles in Thursday’s Orange Coast League game at home.
Maya Van Den Heever had 16 points, 14 assists and six steals for Estancia (15-6, 5-0 in league). Nefertiti Van Den Heever added four points and nine rebounds, while Maddy Letterman had seven points.
The Eagles, ranked No. 12 in CIF Southern Section Division 4AA, play host to Saddleback on Jan. 28.

Senior co-captain Emily Rodriguez scored twice for the Eagles in Thursday’s Orange Coast League game at Estancia High.
Delani Guyot and Annalysa Cowie also scored for Estancia. Elizabeth Esquivel had two assists, while Lexina McDowell and Katarina Freiberger also had assists for Estancia.
Estancia (9-5-3, 3-1-1 in league) plays at Saddleback on Jan. 28.

Jon Chavez, a 170-pounder, and 182-pounder Fred Dennison each earned pins for the host Sailors in a Sunset League match on Thursday.
Other Newport Harbor (9-4, 1-2 in league) winners included Haley Datt (113 pounds), Alain Ward (120), Harrison Reich (145) and Valdemar Gomez (heavyweight).
