College Roundup: UC Irvine women’s basketball tops Loyola Marymount

Lauren Saiki had 20 points and six assists, and the UC Irvine women’s basketball team beat Loyola Marymount 80-65 in a nonconference game on Tuesday at Bren Events Center.

Jordan Sanders scored 17 points for the Anteaters (2-2), who is back in action at Denver on Nov. 29 as part of the Denver Thanksgiving Classic.
