Twenty-four outstanding high school students receive $1,000 Experian scholarships

Twenty-four recent high school graduates from across the country who are the children of Experian employees have recently received $1,000 college scholarships from the company’s Heart of Experian program.

Each year, the program accepts applications and selects winners for the Experian College Scholarship Awards. Applications are scored objectively taking into consideration academic performance, school and community activities, recommendations, goals, an essay response and overall presentation. The applicant must be the son or daughter of a current Experian employee.

Students receiving the scholarships this year include James Johnson and Erick Stewart of Arkansas; Aja Canyon, Kevin Dinicola, Samuel Leung, Nicole Lim, Minh Minh Ho, Aman Rangan, Joseph Petracca and Caitlin Walker of California; Christine Gerwien of Georgia; Emma Briars, Jessica Durden, Kevin Florek, Allison Weir, Janine King, and Emily Scully of Illinois; Amada Oberbroeckling of Indiana; Sydney White of Kentucky; Haley Bonenfant of Massachusetts; Nick Spencer of Nebraska; Keith Gerstein of New Jersey; Brittiny Stegall of Texas; and Emma Powers of Virginia.
