Company to help clean up school

Faylane Elementary School is undergoing a one-day extreme makeover, just in time for the next academic year.
Volunteers from Give & Grow are coming to Faylane tomorrow to renovate the school’s library and computer lab, re-stripe the asphalt play areas and install a new softball diamond Friday.
They are also planning to spruce up the school with new landscaping, murals and a new kindergarten playground.
Give and Grow is a nonprofit of employees and family members of C&D; Zodiac Inc. The Huntington Beach company founded the organization in 2007 and has picked a school in need every year since to renovate.
The makeover will begin 8 a.m. Friday and at 4:15 p.m. there will be a ribbon-cutting ceremony to dedicate the new playground area.
