Merrimac Way: Vandalism was reported in the 2500 block at 12:58 p.m. Tuesday.

Newport Boulevard: A petty theft was reported in the 1900 block at 8:26 a.m. Tuesday.

Santa Ana Avenue: A residential burglary was reported in the 2000 block at 10:08 a.m. Tuesday.

Elden Avenue: A burglary was reported in the 2400 block at 2:50 p.m. Tuesday.

Newport Boulevard: A theft was reported in the 1800 block at 7:50 p.m. Tuesday.

Scholz Plaza: Vandalism was reported in the 100 block at 11:20 a.m. Wednesday.

Newport Shores Drive and Orange Street: A traffic collision was reported in the 12:42 p.m. Wednesday.

Ocean Front West: A suspicious person was reported in the 2100 block at 1:07 p.m. Wednesday.
