Bridgette Reyes came off the bench and contributed 11 points and six assists for Vanguard (22-3, 15-1 in conference), ranked No. 2 in the NAIA Division I coaches’ top 25 poll.

Brittany Bass, Melissa Boyer, Nicole Naugton, Kalin Eshelman, Hannah Mancino and Heather Wong all won in singles for the Pirates. Bass Boyer and Naughton were each perfect in their sweeps.

SAN DIEGO — Sandro Bucher overame a 4-6 first-set loss to win 6-0, 6-2 at No. 4 singles for the Lions in the Golden State Athletic Conference match Tuesday.
Vanguard’s Fredric Sandberg and Tino Brodar also earned a key win at No. 1 doubles with an 8-6 victory. Florian Lemke and Tomas Frank also won in singles.
