Leo’s well-known around his Costa Mesa neighborhood, but now the 12-year-old cat’s homeless, apparently abandoned, according to his caretakers at the Community Animal Network.

The organization is taking care of Leo who is a little tattered and picked up a few battle scars out on the streets, but the veterinarian has examined him, his teeth have been cleaned and blood tests show he has no other health problems. You can meet Leo and the other pets available to be adopted from noon to 4 p.m. this weekend at Fashion Island. For more information, go to animalnetwork.org.
