A program designed to educate residents about water issues will be aired on Huntington Beach’s public access channel 3 during the month of July.
Residents for Responsible Desalination, a local volunteer organization, filmed the Town Hall meeting, “An Evening with Dorothy Green,” April 10. Green is an expert on California’s water systems and management, according to a news release. She offers many recommendations from conservation to reverse osmosis of waste water to solve water issues.
“We put [the program] out for people to take a look at and think more seriously about the overall water situation,” said Merle Moshiri, president of the group. “We hope people will begin take a smarter look at water issues and options.”
The show will air Sundays at 1 p.m., Mondays at 4 p.m. and Fridays at 7 p.m.
For more information call Moshiri at (714) 536 2017 or e-mail [email protected].
