Regina Chambers, after a long illness, passed on Wednesday, October 10, in Newport Beach, CA. She was 69.
Regina was born on November 1, 1937, in Jamaica, Queens, NY. She grew up in New York City and in Malverne, NY, the third child of George and Catherine Morris. She was a graduate of Adelphi University and married Hugh J. Chambers on September 10, 1960. They raised three children: Norine, Stacia and Hugh in Mountain Lakes, NJ.

Regina and Hugh retired to Newport Beach in 2002. There, they enjoyed being a part of the lives of their two grandchildren and Regina pursuing her love of painting (Plein Air Artistry) and patronizing the Orange County Performing Arts Center. She also loved to travel, Italy being one of her favorite destinations.
Regina battled cancer three times, and will forever be remembered for her courage, tenacity, generosity, kindness, humor, and loving spirit. She was an exceptional wife, mother, sister, aunt, and friend, and she has left an indelible mark on the many lives she touched.
