The following are items the Costa Mesa planning commission will discuss at its meeting tonight:
ZONING CODE AMENDMENT
The commission is expected to recommend that the City Council do the first review of a draft ordinance regarding the residential second-story additions in planned development zones in the city.
WHAT TO EXPECT
City staff officials are asking the commission to recommend the City Council give the draft of the ordinance a first read.
COAST COMMUNITY COLLEGE DISTRICT
The commission will consider approving a master plan to build a new 58,000-square-foot administrative facility for the Coast Community College District. The new structure will replace the buildings at 1370 Adams Ave.
WHAT TO EXPECT
City staff is recommending the commission approve the plan.
