this month’s sermons.

JUNE 5

Dr. Bill LeBoeuf will discuss the controversial “right-to-die”

bill now under consideration in the California Legislature. Dr.

LeBoeuf is a retired physician who is president of the Orange County

chapter of End of Life choices, a national organization formerly

known as the Hemlock Society.

JUNE 12

Rev. Sarah Moldenhauer-Salazar will explore anger, and the forces

that hold many of us back from experiencing it, even when justified.

Her sermon is entitled, “Why We Aren’t Outraged All the Time.”

JUNE 19

Rev. Sarah Moldenhauer-Salazar will mark Father’s Day with a

sermon entitled “Model Fatherhood.” In it, she will discuss what

religion and the religious community can teach us about what

fathering should be.

JUNE 26

Guest Speaker Bart Bean will pay a return visit to the fellowship

to give his views on how we can be hopeful and optimistic in chaotic

times of war, terrorism and natural catastrophes.
