Sunny
Sunny is a young, female, silver-grey torti tabby -- silver with
tiger stripes and some peach -- that was rescued from the marina by a
local Sheriff’s deputy named Janet. She had seen the cat hanging
around the harbor for quite sometime. At times, she witnessed the
hungry cat fetching pieces of chicken from people on harbor boats.
The deputy would joke that Sunny was one of those independent girls,
who enjoyed making her own schedule.
Sunny has easily fit into a family lifestyle. She has a charming
personality, is affectionate and cuddly and is easy going. Sunny is
happy that the deputy could act as a realtor and help her to find a
permanent home.
Community Animal Network supports good citizens like Janet by
providing the medical aid that is necessary prior to getting an
animal a new home. We hope more people will take advantage of the
support we are able to give. Never just walk past an animal that
needs help. Get involved.
The Community Animal Network is a community-supported animal
organization linking people and pets through community action. See
