Dolphins roll along in Jr. All-American

The Huntington Beach Dolphins were at it again, posting another

shutout in Jr. All-American Football Midget Division league play.

This time, the victims were the Rowland Heights Raiders, who were

no match for the Dolphins in a 42-0 victory at Huntington Beach High.

The win was the fifth without a loss for Huntington, which is now

4-0 in league play. The shutout was the fourth for the Dolphins

defense in five games.

Huntington scored three times in the first quarter to blow the

game open. Wade Houston scored on run plays covering 20 and 15 yards

and Dylan Garcia scored on a 45-yard run.

Jeremiah “Bam Bam” Pemasa scored on a two-point conversion to make

it a 20-0 score after one quarter.

The Dolphins were relentless the rest of the way, too, as Dontaie

Ferguson scored on an 88-yard reverse and Jarrett Bennett ran in for

another score from 11 yards out. Pemasa and Tyler Steen both scored

on two-point conversion plays.

The Dolphins go for win No. 6 Saturday when they travel to Corona

High to battle the Corona Panthers in a 5 p.m. kickoff.
