The art of dog: Open Eye Studio

Jay Fraley moved to Los Angeles 20 years ago and has been working
professionally as a photographer during the past 14 years. Ten years
ago he moved to Laguna Beach where he currently resides. Since then,
Fraley has been recognized for his talent by the APA and has had
several fine art exhibitions in both Los Angeles and Laguna Beach and
he has just completed working on a 10-year documentary about
Halloween costumes.
Fraley received his BFA from Texas Christian University and his
MFA from California Institute of the Arts. He has also studied at the
Design Center in Pasadena and with Karen Schulman.
He has been specializing in photo digital design for the past
eight years, with a strong ability to conceptualize. Fraley brings a
fresh exciting look to both tabletop and people photography. Some of
his clients include: Quest Financial Corporation, ConAgra Foods,
Hitachi Rude Guerrilla Theater Company, Beech Street, ICG, Pepsi
Seagrams Sprint, PacifiCare, Wildcat Press, Tequila Blues Fashion,

Gallery, Laguna Playhouse, The Huntington Beach Playhouse, The

Fraley was a contributing photographer and digital illustrator for
Chatter Magazine and his work has been seen in Coast Magazine, Poz,
Swimmers World, OC Weekly, Los Angeles Times, Orange County Register
and Lifetimes.
