Swap meet will go to top bidder
I believe that the board should not open the bidding for the swap
meet to outsiders. The present company, Tel Phil Enterprises, has
been doing a fabulous job over the years. They built it up to
something that people enjoy going to. And the board should just leave
it as it is.

I think Tel Phil Enterprises should have the swap meet. I don’t
think that we should have to bring someone from outside in.

If it’s not broke, why try to fix it? And the Teller family has
been major contributors to the local community and founded the market
place, which is a making that property a success. And I just think
that Tel Phil Enterprises should continue to do what they do best.

I enjoy going to the swap meet and I enjoy the way it’s run. I
would be really upset if it were changed.

I think that it’s very unfair that the board opened the bidding to
another company. We go to that swap meet often. I think it’s a
quality swap meet and I think that this other company could open up a
flea market kind of thing -- and that is not what Orange County
needs. I don’t think its fair that they’ve opened the bidding to
other companies after this company has been here for 35 years.
