light because of heavy wind and was reported as a traffic hazard at

6:45 a.m. Friday.

* Beach Boulevard and Warner Avenue: Road rage was reported when

a man driving a raised, dark blue full-size truck was repeatedly

flashing his lights at another motorist at 8:20 a.m. Saturday.

* Bushard Street and Waterfront Drive: A suspicious person was

reported when a white male who appeared disoriented was looking into

garages at 5:51 p.m. Saturday.

* Charwood Drive: A woman reported that a prowler had walked on

her property and in front of her window in the 20800 block at 2:49

a.m. Sunday.

* Dog Beach: Disturbing the peace was reported when two white men

with tattoos and a pit bull in a Thunderbird appeared to be following

another motorist at 4:55 p.m. Sunday.

* 18th Street: A suspicious vehicle was reported to be occupied

by four “kids who were smoking out” in the 200 block at 10:21 p.m.

Saturday.

* 11th Street: A report was made about three men who were

listening to loud music in the 200 block at 11:44 p.m. Saturday.

* Florida Street: A physical fight was reported concerning what

sounded like two people cussing, yelling and slapping one another in

the 19000 block at 4:29 a.m. Saturday.

* Gilbert Island: A power outage was reported when lights

continued to go off and on at 9:40 p.m. Sunday.

* Heil Avenue and Edwards Street: Three white males were reported

drunk in public and running in the street at 12:55 p.m. Saturday.

* Jacquelyn Lane and Slater Avenue: A physical fight with a lot

of noise was reported at 12:38 a.m. Sunday.

* Jonesport Lane: A possible intruder and attempted robbery were

reported in the 22000 block at 9:26 a.m. Saturday.

* Marken Lane and Holland Drive: Graffiti was reported as

occurring on a regular basis at 11:57 a.m. on Sunday.

were banging on a neighbor’s front door in the 9000 block at 2:44

a.m. on Sunday.

* Overland Park: Some people on all-terrain vehicles were

reported “tearing up” the park and then left in a white Ford truck at

3:03 p.m. Sunday.

* Pacific Coast Highway and Main Street: A man driving a blue

Astro van exited the van and began hitting the windshield of a black

Cadillac at 2:06 p.m. Sunday.

* Park Royal Circle: Several juveniles were reportedly

trespassing and harassing a neighbor in the 6400 block at 3:11 p.m.

Saturday.

* Shields Drive: A neighbor reported that intoxicated people

leaving a party were walking around the street and speeding out of

the area in the 6400 block at 1:51 p.m. Saturday.

* Springdale Street and Bolsa Avenue: A traffic hazard was

reported about a tree and its large branches lying in the road at

9:27 a.m. Friday.

* Summit Drive and Covington Lane: Juveniles were reported for

throwing water balloons from a housing tract into an intersection at

9:54 p.m. Friday.

* Sycamore Avenue: Loud music was reported as an ongoing problem

in the 7800 block at 4:12 p.m. Sunday.

* 13th Street: A hit-and-run was reported in the 300 block at

1:05 p.m. Sunday.

* Viewpoint Lane: A loud party and vandalism, which included

bottles being thrown and plants ripped up, were reported in the 16700

block at 12:19 a.m. on Sunday.

* Warner Avenue: Three candy machines were reported broken into

in the 7800 block at 11:22 a.m. Friday.

* Warner Avenue: Disturbing the peace was reported when a man

threatening other tenants after refusing to turn down his music, was

met with threats from the tenants in the 7700 block at 12:38 p.m.

Friday.

* Warner Avenue: A transient wearing a blue Dodgers cap was

reportedly disturbing the peace by yelling and screaming and

harassing customers in the 3800 block at 4:02 p.m. Sunday.
