nutrition expert at 10 a.m. Nancy Adams is the owner and operator of
“Furry Foods,” a pet food and supply business that offers home

WEEKEND HIKES
Laguna Coast Wilderness Park offers unguided hikes on specified
trails at Jim Dilley Greenbelt Preserve Saturdays and Sundays from 8
a.m. to 4 p.m. Dogs are prohibited. The Willow Canyon Road staging
area on Laguna Canyon Road is open during the same hours for unguided
hiking, equestrian travel and mountain biking on specified trails.

CERAMIC TILE DECORATION
Laguna Outreach Community Arts will hold a workshop as part of its
weekly Art Escapes program. Artist Buzz Jens will show students a
variety of decorations techniques. The class will start at 2 p.m. at

MUSIC FESTIVAL
The Laguna Beach Chamber Music Festival, presented by Laguna Beach
Live!, runs through April 13 in collaboration with the Philharmonic
Society of Orange County and Laguna Chamber Music Society. Using
money from the city’s Community Assistance Program and from the
lodging establishments of Laguna through the Business Improvement
District, the Festival is designed to involve as much of the city as
possible, especially directed to people of all levels of music

IT’S YOUR ESTATE
The SchoolPower Endowment and Capital Fund, the Laguna Canyon
Foundation, and the American Red Cross will sponsor an eight-week
educational workshop that will cover whether the new estate tax law
is helpful or not, the disadvantages of a living trust, and how to
obtain “must have” health care legal documents for less than $5. The
sessions will be held from 10 to 11:30 a.m. every Tuesday through
June 4 in the third floor community room at the Wells Fargo Building,
260 Ocean Ave. Seating is limited and reservations are required.
