Private services will be held for 40-year Balboa Peninsula

resident Robert Leo Dugan. Mr. Dugan died Dec. 23 -- his birthday --

of natural causes. He was 82. He is survived by his wife of 35 years,

Joan; children Danny, Diane and Dee Dee; stepchildren Patty and

Richard; sisters Ruth and Roxie; and four grandchildren.
