Marino, a “sweet and loving cream and white, 3-year-old neutered male”
was abused at his last home, said DiAnna Pfaff-Martin, founder of the
Community Animal Network. Fairview Pet Hospital found that he suffered a
cracked tooth, but he is now ready to be adopted, she said.
“Donations are now needed for vet medicines that relate to the care of
kittens,” Pfaff-Martin said.
It costs the network about $300 to deliver a healthy and well-cared
for kitten that eats premium foods, she said.
“We have the little ones examined, spayed and neutered, vaccinated,
de-wormed and give all flea treatments before adoption,” she said.
