SATURDAY
Get into art. The Orange County Museum of Art will present “The Art of
Elmer Bischoff,” a retrospective of the artist who helped launch the Bay
Area Figurative Movement, today through May 19 at the 850 San Clemente
Drive, Newport Beach. Museum hours are 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday through
Sunday. $5 for adults, $4 for seniors and students, and free for members

SUNDAY
Last chance for this dance. American Ballet Theatre will perform “Swan
Lake” through Sunday as part of the Orange County Performing Arts
Center’s 2002 Dance Season. The Center is at 600 Town Center Drive, Costa
Mesa. Performances will be at 2 and 8 p.m. today and 2 p.m. Sunday. A
preview talk will be given one hour before each performance. $20-$75.

MONDAY
The cove on film. “Crystal Cove Photographs,” a collection of
photographic art by John Connell and Meriam Braselle, will be on display
through Feb. 28 at the Newport Beach Central Library, 1000 Avocado Ave.

TUESDAY
Art like you’ve never seen -- or heard. “Lee Bul: Live Forever,” an
installation by Korean artist Lee Bul consisting of video and three
karaoke booths, will be exhibited through May 5 at the Orange County
Museum of Art, 850 San Clemente Drive, Newport Beach. Museum hours are 11
a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday through Sunday. $5 for adults, $4 for seniors and
