The Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation has named two additions to
the organization’s Orange County affiliate.
Andrea D. Williams was named program manager and will oversee education
programs and grants at the nonprofit foundation’s Costa Mesa
headquarters.
Prior to joining Komen, Williams worked as a research associate for the
City of Hope National Medical Center and coordinated a family cancer
study at USC’s medical school. Williams has a degree in biological
sciences from Cal State Fullerton.
Valina Cranfill was named volunteer manager. Cranfill’s job is to prepare
volunteers to work on behalf of the foundation and the Race for the Cure.
Cranfill previously worked for RexSons Trucking, a family-owned business
in Vista.
