Snakes in the spotlight at Bolsa Chica’s Earth Day celebration

The Bolsa Chica Ecological Reserve’s annual Earth Day celebration Saturday offered tours of the wetlands and a chance for guests to get up close with snakes and other creatures.

The free five-hour festival was in the parking lot of the Bolsa Chica Interpretive Center on Warner Avenue in Huntington Beach.
