Esta noche se entregan los MTV Movies & TV Awards

Todo está listo para la nueva edición de los MTV Movie Awards, ceremonia que desde este año pasará a llamarse MTV Movie & TV Awards 2017, pues incluirá en sus categorías a lo más destacado de la televisión.

La gala se realizará en el Shrine Auditorium de Los Ángeles este domingo 7 de mayo y comenzará a emitirse en TV desde las 8 p.m. (horario de la zona ET). El conductor de la ceremonia será Adam DeVine, comediante del programa “Mike & Dave Need Wedding Dates”.

Entre las cintas con más nominaciones destacan: “Get Out”, con seis nominaciones, incluyendo las de Mejor película y Siguiente generación (para Daniel Kaluuya); “La bella y la bestia”, con cinco nominaciones, incluyendo la de Mejor actriz para Emma Watson; y “Moonlight”, ganadora del Oscar 2017, con tres nominaciones. “Logan” y “Hidden Figures” también tienen tres postulaciones.

En el apartado de televisión destacan: “Stranger Things”, con cuatro nominaciones (una de ellas para Millie Bobby Brown; “Game of Thrones”, con tres nominaciones (incluyendo Show del año); y “Atlanta” y This is Us” con tres nominaciones también.

LO MÁS ESPERADO
Se espera que uno de los momentos más destacados de la noche lo protagonicen los actores de “Fast and Furious”, franquicia que se convertirá en la primera en recibir el Generation Award. Vin Diesel, Tyrese Gibson, Michelle Rodriguez y Jordana Brewster han confirmado su participación para recibir el trofeo en nombre del equipo.

Además, Tom Holland y Zendaya aparecerán en los MTV Movie & TV Awards 2017 para presentar un avance de “Spider-Man: Homecoming”. Además de esta cinta, se verá un adelanto de “It”, nueva adaptación al cine de la novela de Stephen King.

Entre los presentadores de la noche están confirmados: John Cena, Alexandra Daddario, Cara Delevingne, Ansel Elgort, Goldie Hawn, Mark Wahlberg, Snoop Dogg, Zac Efron, Zendaya, Amy Schumer, Gal Gadot, Chrissy Metz, el elenco de “13 Reasons Why”, entre otros.
