4 Die in Puerto Rico road accident

San Juan, Jan 2 (EFE). — Four people, including three members of the same family, died in a road accident in Puerto Rico, police said Thursday.
Authorities identified the dead as Roberto Santos Cortes, 66; his wife, Migdalia Santiago Jimenez, 60; their daughter Migdalia Santos Santiago, 33; and her boyfriend, 24yearold Dominican national Ramon Alejandro Fabian Solano.
The incident occurred when Santos Cortes was driving his car on Highway 10 toward Arecibo in the Utuando district and the vehicle driven by Hector Vega Soto, 44, who was traveling in the opposite direction, strayed into the oncoming lane.
Vega Soto was transported by air ambulance to the San Juan Medical Center, Puerto Rico’s main hospital, in guarded condition.
