New Delhi, June 14 (efe_epa). — With colorful balloons and a cake, members of the farright party Hindu Sena on Tuesday celebrated the birthday of “savior of humanity” Donald Trump, the likely Republican presidential nominee of the United States.
Hindu Sena national president Vishnu Gupta served as host at the birthday party by cutting the cake and serving it to a colorful image of Trump, armed with a rifle, at the Jantar Mantar site in New Delhi.
“Today is a big day, today the savior of humanity was born,” Gupta said in front of 30 journalists, noting that Trump is “the only man” who can put an end to the “Islamic terror”.
He added that the group was celebrating Trump’s birthday despite the Orlando nightclub tragedy on Sunday in which a gunman killed 49 people because now was the time “when Islamic terrorism is at its highest point” and it was important to support the American magnate.
“Donald Trump is our hero,” Gupta said.
This is not the first event organized by the Hindu Sena to pay tribute to Trump. Last month they gathered to pray to Hindu deities including Shiva and the monkey god Hanuman for Trump to win the US elections.
