A bus and rail alternative?

A coalition opposed to putting the planned 710 Freeway extension in a tunnel has proposed a variety alternatives. One option in the Beyond the 710 plan is a north-south transit corridor that would be served by buses and perhaps a light rail line as ridership grows.
