Dokken’s Mark Boals joins lineup of ‘Raiding the Rock Vault’

Reporting from Las Vegas — The “hair band rock” show “Raiding the Rock Vault” adds rocker Mark Boals to the permanent lineup.
Boals -- who has sung and played bass with Dokken, Ted Nugent and Swedish band leader Yngwie Malmsteen - takes the stage every Friday through Wednesday at 9 p.m.
It’s like creating a fantasy rock band. So who else appears in “Rock Vault?”
Guitarist Howard Leese from Heart, bassist Hugh McDonald from Bon Jovi, guitarist Doug Aldrich from Whitesnake and Dio, vocalist Robin McAuley from MSG and Survivor, vocalist Paul Shortino from Rough Cutt and Quiet Riot, drummer Jay Schellen of Badfinger and Asia, vocalist and guitarist Andrew Freeman of Lynch Mob and The Offspring, keyboardist Michael T. Ross of Lita Ford and Hardline.
Female vocalists are Carol-Lyn Liddle of the mock rock show “Masters of Rock” and Stephanie Calvert of Starship.
Music featured in the show includes songs from the Rolling Stones, the Who, the Doors, Jimi Hendrix, Led Zeppelin, Deep Purple, Free, Eagles, Fleetwood Mac, Queen, Boston, Kansas, U2, Aerosmith, Van Halen, AC/DC, Pat Benatar, Foreigner, Heart, Journey, Bon Jovi, Whitesnake, Supertramp and others.
The show recently shifted to Tropicana Las Vegas.
Tickets range from $59 to $99, with a Rock Star Package for $135 that includes VIP tickets, a VIP Pass, a meet-and-greet with players before the show and a two-CD set and concert program.
