Your Scene: Vermont graveyard
Graveyards aren’t your typical tourist attraction, but this one drew the attention of Colleen Riemer.
Last year the West Covina resident was in Pomfret, Vt., where she visited her best friend’s childhood home – which happened to be across the street from a cemetery. “The shadows cast from the tombstones and the parting storm clouds in the distance caught my eye, and since I’ve always enjoyed photographing graveyards, I just had to get some shots,” Riemer said. She used a Nikon CoolPix S3000.
