Santa Rosa’s Schulz Museum celebrates 5th anniversary

The museum dedicated to the creator of Charlie Brown, Snoopy and other “Peanuts” favorites marks its fifth anniversary, kicking things off with a party that includes live music and ice cream cake, all free. Also: special guided tours, and an open house and “sketch-a-thon” featuring more than a dozen cartoonists.
When, where: Aug. 9 to 18 at the Charles M. Schulz Museum, 2301 Hardies Lane, Santa Rosa.
Admission: $8, $5 ages 4 to 18, 3 and younger free.
