“We recently returned from a trip to Vietnam, which still has some excellent French restaurants. The most outstanding is Augustin Restaurant in downtown Ho Chi Minh City (formerly Saigon). A dinner for five (appetizers, main course and chocolate soufflés) ran $50.”
