Your Scene: Top of the morning, Tagaytay, Philippines
Ernesto De Jesus, a pharmacist living in San Diego, already was in the Philippines with his family to celebrate his grandmother’s 75th birthday, so he decided to take an overnight side trip to the resort area of Tagaytay, about two hours’ drive south of Manila. “We got up pretty early to get there,†De Jesus said, but the effort paid off in this distant view of Taal volcano rising from the lake of the same name. His camera: a Canon PowerShot SD850 IS.
