Steals & Deals website can save you as much as 30% on Maui lodgings

Considering a winter escape to Maui? A website promises to save people almost a third on their lodgings.
The winter issue of “Maui Steals & Deals” boasts room rate savings of up to 30% at 40 properties on Maui, plus one on less-visited Molokai.
Among the spots offering that 30% discount: the Mana Kai Maui, a beachfront hotel and condo in Kihei, South Maui. The deal is good through March 31 at this three-star property, which receives consistently good reviews on various websites, including TripAdvisor.
Offers elsewhere include the fifth or seventh night free and complimentary breakfast.
The newsletter provides brief overviews and links to the various properties’ websites. Guests book their rooms directly with the hotel, condo or villa of their choice.
“Maui Steals & Deals” is compiled quarterly by Maui Accommodations Guide, a Web and print directory that’s been around since 1997. It represents more than 70 budget, midpriced and luxury properties.
