France: Follow in Hemingway’s footsteps on a writers retreat

Cure your writer’s block and draw inspiration from the sights and sounds of Paris that influenced Ernest Hemingway, F. Scott Fitzgerald and others on a Left Bank Writers Retreat. The six-day experience features morning writing sessions, admission to museums including the new Picasso museum, an excursion to Montmartre, and a tour of sites featured in “Midnight in Paris” and Hemingway’s “A Moveable Feast.” It’s suitable for beginning as well as professional writers. The retreat is based at a hotel on the Île Saint-Louis, which offers a special rate for participants.

Price: $1,999. Includes writing sessions, cafe lunches each day, museum admissions, Seine boat ride and Metro passes. Does not include airfare or accommodations.
