Reader recommendation: How the West was fun at Vegas’ Bonnie Springs Ranch
Just a few miles down the road from Red Rock Canyon, and about 22 miles from the Las Vegas Strip, is charming Bonnie Springs Ranch. I believe it’s been there since the ‘50s. You’ll find buildings (replicas) from 1880s mining towns, a charming petting zoo, healthy horses and friendly cowboys for trail rides, Old West comedy acts and fantastic barbecue.
