Pictures: Buoyancy in the spotlight at Miami Beach’s Floatopia

South Floridians took their floating dinosaurs, flamingos, unicorns and bananas to Miami Beach for the second Floatopia Miami of the year. The free festival took place Sept. 5 by the beach at South Pointe Park. The first Floatopia took place in Santa Barbara, Calif., in 2004, and the festival has since spread across the country.
