Cathay Pacific offers $759 round trip from LAX to Chennai, India

Cathay Pacific has put a round-trip fare from LAX to the southern Indian city of Chennai, once known as Madras, on sale for $759, including all taxes and fees but subject to availability.

It is for Monday-Thursday departures through Dec. 9.

There is no minimum stay, but there is a six-month maximum stay. You must buy your ticket by Sept. 27.
