Fact of the day: In the Holiday Bowl’s 37-year history, this is only the second time the game will be played on a Saturday.
USC is set to play Nebraska in the Holiday Bowl on Saturday at Qualcomm Stadium in San Diego.
The Trojans finished the regular season 8-4 overall and 6-3 in the Pac-12 Conference. The Cornhuskers are 9-3 overall and 5-3 in the Big Ten.
This will be USC’s first time playing in the Holiday Bowl, but its fifth game against Nebraska.
