UCLA reinstated defensive back Ishmael Adams on Tuesday.
Adams had been suspended indefinitely after being arrested Aug. 30 for allegedly using force to steal a cellphone from an Uber driver.
Adams will not face felony charges for alleged robbery, a spokesman for the Los Angeles City Attorney’s office said Monday.
The Los Angeles County District Attorney’s office referred the case to the city attorney’s office for misdemeanor filing consideration.
Adams is expected to be available when UCLA plays Arizona on Saturday.
