The homes of Dodgers infielders Max Muncy and Freddie Freeman were burglarized recently, according to a Los Angeles Police Department sources who requested anonymity because they weren’t authorized to speak on the record.

Muncy’s home was broken into by two suspects earlier this month while he and his family were at Dodger Stadium. The veteran third baseman was driving home when his alarm company alerted him about the burglary. TMZ reported that the suspects were captured on video but had fled before police arrived.

Freeman’s home was burglarized several weeks ago. A law enforcement source said he was not home and that there is no evidence to connect the two burglaries at this stage. Law enforcement typically only publicly connects burglaries involving celebrities and sports stars when arrests are made and stolen items recovered.
