CM Punk to make his UFC debut against Mickey Gall on Sept. 10

Former WWE star CM Punk will be making his long-awaited UFC debut on Sept. 10 against Mickey Gall at UFC 203 in Cleveland.

Punk, 37, will be part of a show headlined by Stipe Miocic vs. Alistair Overeem for the UFC heavyweight title.

Punk signed with UFC in December 2014 but has had his training delayed by back and shoulder injuries.

Gall, 24, is 2-0 in his MMA career, including a victory in February over Mike Jackson.
