Clemson’s 58-0 win at Miami last Saturday ousted Utah’s 42-point win at Oregon for this season’s most shocking road result. Rankman moved Louisiana State up four spots up, and Baylor down three, mostly to keep the Tigers separated from the Bears. Welcome back UCLA and USC, teams that started in the top 15 but were then banished for impersonating a contender, loitering in the red zone and consumer fraud. Duke makes its first appearance just in time for basketball season.
