Michael Norman of Vista Murrieta is Gatorade state athlete of the year in track and field
For the second consecutive season, Michael Norman of Vista Murrieta has been named the Gatorade state athlete of the year in track and field.
The USC-bound Norman won the state 200 and 400 championships in 20.42 and 45.77 while also running on two winning relay teams.
Norman is set to compete at next week’s Olympic Trials in Oregon.
