Girls’ volleyball: Aliso Niguel’s Kathryn Plummer is Gatorade state player of the year

Kathryn Plummer of Aliso Niguel has been selected the Gatorade state player of the year in girls’ volleyball.
The 6-foot-6 setter had 368 kills for the 23-7 Wolverines.
Also a track standout, she has a 4.29 grade-point average. She has signed a letter of intent with Stanford.
