Another Southern California junior quarterback has taken himself off the recruiting market.
Brady White of Newhall Hart announced on Friday that he has committed to Arizona State.
He joins St. John Bosco’s Josh Rosen (UCLA), St. Bonaventure’s Ricky Town (USC), Corona Santiago’s Blake Barnett (Notre Dame) and Upland’s Tyler Hilinski (Washington State) in making an early commitment.
Two other top quarterbacks, Travis Waller of Servite and Sherrion Jones of Rancho Verde, are in no hurry to join them. Both continue to pick up scholarship offers. Waller was offered by California this week, raising his number to 11 offers.
San Clemente quarterback Sam Darnold was offered by Northwestern on Friday.
White passed for 4,535 yards and 41 touchdowns as a junior. He completed 64% of his passes.
